Feedback is requested from clients after first shifts to ascertain and ensure the standard of care provided is satisfactory; this feedback is related back to the Nurse/HCA to help them with their performance evaluation and development.

Likewise, any feedback provided by the locum will be relayed back to the client.

As a result we have established a reputation as a leading supplier to private hospitals and specialise in placing a diverse range of qualified, high quality staff in the following sectors; A&E, HDU/ITU, Oncology, Midwifery and Surgical General. We predominantly work within the private sector in healthcare and cover the whole of the UK, with emphasis on London.

This is due to the large pool of nurses we have within London and in surrounding counties. We work with some of the biggest names in Healthcare on a preferential supplier basis and frequently secure short to long-term positions as well as ad-hoc shifts for those who can only work 2 or 3 days a week.
