We are looking for registered nurses to join an established ward team at a private hospital in Birmingham. We seek someone passionate about providing outstanding care for our patients.

Description:
You will provide skilled nursing care within a multidisciplinary environment to ensure individualised and effective care is practiced. Your role will also involve:

• Contributing to a positive team spirit and maintaining high standards of nursing care
• Acting as a resource within the speciality of elderly care and rheumatology in the specialist division
• Empowering junior staff to develop their clinical skills and facilitating communication across all care groups
• Using ward resources to promote excellence in practice and addressing quality issues related to service delivery

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a General Nurse
• Competence in providing high-quality care to patients
• Experience in managing a ward
• Experience in orthopaedics and rheumatology
• Experience in elderly care and rehabilitation
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
