Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret a range of haematology and blood transfusion tests.
• Ensure high standards of laboratory practice and patient safety.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Participate in quality control and assurance processes.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to provide accurate and timely results.
• Keep up to date with current practices and advancements in the field.

Qualifications:

• HCPC registered Biomedical Scientist.
• Relevant degree in Biomedical Science or equivalent.
• Previous experience in haematology and blood transfusion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
