Locum Community Physiotherapist - Band 6
Position: Band 6 Physiotherapist
Location: East of England
Contract: 8-month secondment
About the Role:

Main Duties:
- Conduct clinical visits to patients' homes and care homes.
- Deliver physiotherapy interventions to a diverse patient population.
- Collaborate effectively with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Recognized Physiotherapy Qualification.
- Member of the Health Professionals Council.
- Desirable: Member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, MSc Degree in a relevant field.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Knowledge of physical health conditions, including stroke and neurorehabilitation.
- 24 months (about 2 years) post-registration experience in an NHS clinical setting.
- Experience in community adult care and rehabilitation.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary/integrated team.
Skills:
- Proficiency in IT and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively.

- Induction: Comprehensive one-week induction at our Rainham, Essex head office.
- License: Valid UK driver's license required.
