Locum Band 6 Physiotherapist

Location: East of England

Hours: Full-time, up to 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 4:00pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct specialist assessments and provide individualized treatment for stroke patients with complex needs.
• Offer expert advice, collaborate on discharge plans, and act as an autonomous practitioner.
• Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and coordinate discharge plans.
• Manage your own caseload, time management, and compliance with team audits and KPIs.
• Support and mentor junior and non-qualified staff.

Essential Qualifications:

• HCPC registration.
• Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS).

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience in a similar role in NHS.
• Strong communication and MDT coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
