Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to enhance patients' functional abilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapy techniques and lifestyle adaptations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress reports.
• Stay updated with the latest therapeutic practices and evidence-based research.

Essential Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy.
• At least 1 year of recent NHS experience.
• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
