Band 5 Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team at one of the NHS Trust in South East. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to provide high-quality care and support to patients within a dynamic and supportive team environment. The Trust only works on Direct Engagement Mode of payment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery, independence, and well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, doctors, nurses, and other allied health professionals.

• Provide advice, education, and support to patients, families, and carers.

• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to discharge planning.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
