Position: Occupational Therapy Assistant (OT)

Band: 4

Location: Leicester

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00

Contract Duration: Fixed-term, 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Occupational Therapists in delivering therapy services.
• Assist with patient assessments and intervention plans.
• Provide therapy sessions under supervision and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with the provision of therapeutic equipment and resources.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications or experience in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Desirable Attributes:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
